Vendia Energi Rådgivning ApS is a specialised consultancy focused on the development, management, and operation of large-scale technical facilities within the energy and industrial sectors. The company operates in complex and often newly established environments, where cross-disciplinary technology, policy, and relationship management are essential for successful project execution.
Vendia Energi Rådgivning ApS is owned and operated by Jesper Horne.
Jesper is an experienced marine engineer and leader with more than 35 years of technical and operational experience from offshore operations, energy production, and industrial biogas plants. He has held senior roles in both national and international projects, including Offshore Installation Manager, Site Manager, and Chief Executive Officer.
Jesper has led complex operations such as serving as installation manager on the Tyra and Gorm fields, OIM on FPSO facilities in the North Sea and Qatar, and most recently as CEO of Sindal Biogas A/S, where he significantly expanded the plant's capacity and completed multiple regulatory approvals and new owner integration processes.
He has documented experience in:
Offshore operations and safety management
Project management and stakeholder engagement
Regulatory processes and due diligence
Construction, decommissioning, and commissioning
CO₂ capture, biogas, and energy facilities
Leading cross‑disciplinary teams in high‑profile projects
Jesper is a certified Offshore Installation Manager (OPITO), has completed leadership programmes with A.P. Møller Mærsk, and holds technical specialisations in oil and gas production, marine boilers, and electrical installations.
